All you need this year is the favor of God. With favor, God will send people your way to bring an unprecedented promotion. It happened years back in history, let me recall an instance here:-

Favor was upon Esther such that she had better treatment from Hegai. Favor was responsible when among other contestants, she was chosen to be the Queen. Favor on Esther caused the king to save the lives of all the Jews.  read about Esther My prayer for you is that our God Who favored Esther, and took her from slavery to the palace in just a day will grant you favor throughout this year. Amen
